Our school was established in 1866 and continues to develop the excellent physical and aesthetic environments we have inherited. We have eleven classrooms and the buildings are maintained in very good condition giving a variety of working and playing spaces for our children. The school is set in attractive grounds which are enhanced by mature trees and more recent plantings, seating, paving and adventure and sports playing areas. We are a Health Promoting School, an Enviro School, and a Travelwise School giving our pupils many extra curriculum activities to contribute to their learning. We enjoy being involved in the Franklin Zone inter-school sports, choir, speech, mathex and celebration activities.
